Jayco Masters 2016 – Vacuum Bonded Lamination Process

Here is brief video of Jayco’s Vacuum bonded lamination process from their 2016 Masters training. Vacuum bonding is an excellent alternative to a pinch roll process. Jayco uses a machine the perforates some of the wall material prior to using the glue machine. Once the wall components enter into the vacuum machine chamber, 144 tons of suction and pressure are applied for 16-18 minutes which ensures 100% glue covered with air removal. The result is a superior bonded component that is less susceptible to delamination with strengthened integrity.
